I have learned a lot from neuroscientist Sara Lazar. There is a lot of interesting information in this talk she did. Meditation is an incredibly valuable use of time.
I Hurt Myself – I Healed Myself
I hurt myself but then I healed myself and I’d like to explain what I did so you can model it if you’d like.

I love to dissect my experiences and I really had to think about this one.
In the flash of a second last night, I found myself sitting on my bed, grabbing my foot and small toe in particular and grimacing in pain. I had caught it on my mattress frame somehow and it did some real damage.
My thoughts darted back to some years ago when I injured first one foot, and then the other as soon as the first one was healed.
I found myself wondering if I had “foot karma” to balance and if there was something I needed to see that required another hard knock to get my attention.
I was totally focused on the problem and wondering if I had created energy that had caused this to happen.
And then I shouted to myself inside of my head…
“STOP! I’m doing the opposite of what happened when I healed my severed fingertip overnight.”
I realized I was thinking about the problem instead of actively taking part in creating the solution.
By then it had already registered that I had really hurt it so I had to act fast.
I grabbed a tube of arnica gel and massaged it in as I visualized White Light streaming from my fingertips and hands.
An incredible experience years ago showed me the power of projecting White Light from my heart and we know healing energy can be measured coming from hands too.

I imagined the Light enhanced gel soaking into my swollen little toe that was turning black and blue by now. I saw it as healthy and with normal coloring.
When I was finished, I laid down but it was hard to ignore the throbbing pain. It has been very cold where I live and Tennessee declared a “state of emergency” with ice storms, interstate problems and dangerously cold weather. So it had been feeling pretty cozy to sleep under a pile of extra blankets. But tonight, the weight on my foot caused it to throb even more.
So I put all of my focus on the pain, just like had heard neuroscientist Sara Lazar of Harvard University explain to do. Or I should say that it’s in my mind that I first heard it from her although I can’t remember exactly where or when. But I discovered that it works so I always remember that part for sure. It does seem to lessen the pain.
I got out of bed in the morning and could hardly walk on it but continued to visualize its healing. I took a shower and imagined the water as White Light washing away the pain and healing the swelling. I imagined being able to walk on it normally. Then I did my morning meditation ritual and continued with my intention of healing it.
All I know for sure is that hours later, I am walking on it pretty normally and it no longer hurts. I took a picture of it just because I know this sounds crazy. And sometimes it even sounds crazy to me. So I like to have something to remind me that it was real.
I REALLY don’t want to show my foot and toe online but I do have the picture of it that I took just a little while ago if you really want to see it.
It’s not as bad as some of my capers but the last time I did this to my toe and didn’t try to heal it, I had to cut the side out of my shoe to be able to leave my house for the next month.
It’s another example of hurting myself and healing myself, again, although we know it isn’t me at all. It is the power of the Light, intention and maybe even tricking my brain and causing the placebo effect.
I’m only sharing this because I believe we are meant to live as empowered human beings. We aren’t taught to develop and use our gifts so somebody has to talk about it. I think I need to do my part because I seem to have enough things that happen in my life to keep new examples flowing.
Have you noticed all the drug ads intended to create fear about the symptoms you could get? If they can keep people focused on images of the symptoms, chances are much better for them that more people will get the symptoms. Their marketing plan is to keep you focused on the problem and then to “ask your doctor” about their solution. They’re creating sales reps that they don’t have to pay. How convenient for them.
Drugs are great when you need them. But we don’t need to imagine needing them when we don’t!
There really is something to the power of healing with the White Light, a clear intention and maybe even a little of the placebo effect. Even when drugs are the best thing for you, there is no reason not to use these other techniques too.

Need To Bite Your Tongue?
Sometimes it feels like you need to bite your tongue to keep from responding to what seems like an ignorant comment. That’s not always an easy thing to do. But it is usually the smarter thing to do.
When you do it and keep yourself from saying something you’ll regret, there’s one more very important step. Don’t keep mulling it over in your mind, wishing you would have said it or making things seem real in your mind! That acts like poison in your system and what is going on inside of you is the last thing on the mind of the other person. They just go away and live on to make others miserable. But you are destroying your health by creating an atmosphere like the one that destroys the “fear strawberry” in my demonstration!
Your emotions are powerful and your brain’s reaction is the same whether it is all in your mind or if it is actually happening at the time.
I have personally worked on changing how I feel about life and how I handle situations that are disturbing for a very long time. Ever since I had my car wreck and near death experience and had to watch my life review, it is on my mind every day. I don’t ever want to have to see myself as I did that nearly fateful day.
And yet, it isn’t always easy for me either. I don’t really flash with anger anymore like I used to-constantly. But I do come up with these sarcastic or cynical little quips or things I’d like to deliver, at least temporarily. Yes, I still find that to be challenging at times.
But thankfully, I’ve come a long way because I apply my Triangle Formula For Success techniques every single day. It is a way of life that has helped me change my life.
The mind is a powerful thing and your emotions provide the fuel that helps materialize what you have in mind. That is why it is vital to get control over your mind and emotions.

I’m sorry to say that my site crashed with my information about Beau and details about energy work. I didn’t have copies so it wasn’t a happy day for me.

I used to do energy work on myself with the intention that I was doing it for Beau. Then I would put my hands on his head and create an intention that I was transferring healing energy to him.
I think the best thing you can do is be at peace as much as possible because our animal loved ones pick up on our energy and it can be stressful for them.

Take Inspired Action
Sometimes, you have to pay attention and take inspired action in order to have your dreams come true.
I have definitely had fruitful experiences where I have done nothing other than creating a strong visualization for the end results I wanted. Next I focused my energy and emotions on the goal so they could act as fuel to turn thought to matter. And voila; it worked. It truly is amazing to see that happen.
But it doesn’t always go that way. Sometimes the answer comes in the form of a thought, idea or urging to take inspired action. And that is when you must follow through and actually do something in a very physical way.
It could be a thought to call someone or go someplace or say something to someone. And it doesn’t always come in a way where you absolutely know what you are being urged to do. Sometimes you have to trust.
But with practice, you get better at recognizing the promptings of your heart. Just be sure to use common sense and follow through with everything where no harm will be done if it doesn’t go your way. Then, no matter what happens, thank your Self for working with you and helping you get better at noticing your inner guidance.
What you assume ends up happening that way much of the time, because of the very act of assuming. Have you ever paid attention to how often you assume the worst? So why not get some good mileage out of your assumptions by using them with things you want instead of just things you don’t want?
Work with your brain and heart. They are your friends. Take inspired action and make things happen!
Connect With Your Higher Power
During my Steppingstone Coaching call today, I spent some time talking about how to connect with the higher power that resides inside of each of us. There is something that has been discovered that is quite amazing.
When we know something/someone else has stepped in and it doesn’t seem to be riding on our own shoulders so much, there is a tendency to heal or excel.
Right after the call I ran across this quote from Henry Thurman.
I think that the Life Force within us is where we should be looking when we want something that’s genuine and real. The rest out there is all about perception. We can count on the guidance that comes from within. All we have to do is spend quiet time so we get used to recognizing it.
Thurman said, “There is something in every one of you that waits and listens for the sound of the genuine in yourself. It is the only true guide you will ever have. And if you cannot hear it, you will all of your life spend your days on the ends of strings that somebody else pulls.”
I don’t think anyone likes to live a life where others are the ones pulling your strings.
My life review in my “near death experience” showed me a very revealing view of things. I saw that anyone could push my buttons anytime they wanted to. That’s what I determined to change when I got the chance.
My goal is to always stay in the eye of the storm where it is peaceful and calm, no matter what is swirling madly around me.
I’ve really worked at that. But I still get surprised and react in a way that surprises me at times. When it happens, I take advantage of the opportunity and heal that energy that is a problem waiting to happen.
Things you don’t like much can happen when you’re not taking charge of your energy, your emotions. It’s never a good thing to let someone else call the shots by activating things in you that you don’t want to feel.
It’s so much more fun to live from a place where you have stepped up your own personal power.
If I find that I’ve handed over my power and joined the chaos, as soon as I recognize it, I simply use my techniques to shift out of that vibration. Even a quick intention and slow deliberate breathing does wonders. Then I replace that vibration with feelings that vibrate as happiness or gratitude etc., feelings that I want in my future.
You should try that. It is the reason I’ve healed so many physical conditions. Symptoms have vibrations and emotions associated with them. They show you what needs to be healed.
The work is fascinating because the results that come from it show how powerfully you were made. You are meant to “heal thyself” and you can!

What Is Love? Ask Winnie
Have you ever really thought to yourself, “What Is Love?” Apparently, Piglet wanted to know how to spell it but old Winnie saw it only one way. “You don’t spell it…you feel it.” It got me thinking about how misconstrued Love is by most people.
Love is such a powerful and healing emotion that can be used to literally heal the physical body. The feeling of Love sends a flood of life affirming chemicals throughout a person’s body and the emotion counteracts stress and all of the damaging hormones released in response to stress.
Stress isn’t a bad thing in itself. It’s just that our bodies weren’t designed to have constant stress. We are meant to be fortified temporarily when stress starts a chain reaction. The process shuts down non-vital functions so that all attention can be given to running from or fighting off danger.
Unfortunately, our thoughts, not actual events, cause alarms to ring inside all day long. And they don’t turn themselves off when the danger passes. Mostly because there is no real danger. It is all imagined or remembered. It isn’t happening at the time.
For quite some time now, I’ve been giving a lot of attention to my heart. I’ve been focused on fully experiencing the feeling of Love in my heart. It has become a very strong sensation and I can feel its intensity. Once I get the feeling, then I create an intention for a specific purpose that I have in mind. Next I direct the energy and feeling into situations and send it out to people for healing and protection.
I have seen tangible results that can’t be denied so once again, I am learning how powerfully we were all designed.
I have come to believe that we are all intended to get control over our emotions so we can experience heart-felt emotions at will and use them to help ourselves and our loved ones.
I wish we were taught these things in school. I find them to be so much more valuable than algebra! We weren’t so that is why I coach others in the process. Many people are awakening to a new way of living and being that is empowering.
My NDE Indicates Heaven Is The Feeling Of Love
Why do I believe heaven is the feeling of Love more than a place, a piece of real estate in the sky? I wrote this because I was asked my thoughts about Edgar Cayce alluding to the idea that we go to Arcturus after we die.
I love questions like that because they make me think and they help me solidify what I believe, at least at that moment.
So I said…
Hmmm Linda, that’s something I wonder about. Edgar Cayce gave helpful and accurate information in many of his readings so I’m interested in how he did that. I’m usually interested in hearing what others have to say. But I do have some thoughts because of what I experienced.
Generally, I think more about the feeling of where I was than where it was in physical location. That’s the same way I relate to everything. It doesn’t really matter where you are because it is the feeling you have while there that makes all the difference.
You always remember how something made you feel.
What I can’t forget is how it felt when I had to re-experience my negative emotions as I watched my life review. It wasn’t a pretty sight or pleasant feeling. So my focus is on eliminating destructive emotions and increasing my capacity to feel Love in my heart. I strive to get back to that amazing “place” by feeling it with my heart.
I spend as much time as possible in the “Love” state – an actual feeling in my heart. I’ve had some pretty amazing experiences because I’ve developed the ability to create a sensation in my heart whenever I want to. Some of my experiences are of my own self-healing and some of them are things that have happened with my coaching clients that are all around the world.
They share similar beliefs with me and have an understanding about the formula I teach about and use as a way of life. It’s all about being consciously aware of what we are creating because of how we think, feel and see life.
Feelings are an important side of the triangle and the other 2 are what is going on with your right and left sides of the brain. I create that feeling in my heart a lot and create an intention that it goes to the person I’m focused on to help or support them or help them heal.
It’s incredible how many times someone will contact me and say they just knew I was doing something. It just happened with a guy in the UK and he emailed me because he just had to let me know about the physical sensation of Love that came over him and he knew I was involved somehow.
It was so profound to both of us that I asked him if I could record our conversation and share it. It’s in this video. You can skip to 2:30 if you’d like to hear Rolf explain things from his point of view.
I share this not to show what I can do but to emphasize what I believe we are all meant to do for each other.
Clear negative emotions and resonate Love to those we care about. Everyone on the planet benefits, especially you. Your cells love the vibration of Love and respond by giving you better health and energy.
That to me is the state of “heaven” and I think we are meant to experience it wherever we are. I strongly believe we take ourselves with us, wherever we go after our body dies, and that your capacity to love others is what determines things on the other side.
I don’t know how it all works in detail, but I had the strongest sensation that I had to come back and learn how to truly love others so that I could one day stay in that blissful state where I was when I was in that place of the White Light and Love.
