This is a wonderful breathing technique recommended by Dr. Andrew Weil. There are many health benefits. I do this often and find it to be a little addictive because I feel so good when I do it faithfully.
Energy Medicine Explained
Energy medicine explained by Dr. James Oschman is pretty easy to understand. Once you understand that everything works because of vibrations of energy, it is easier to see why energy work is imperative for maintaining health and living a successful, contented life.
Your emotions create vibrations of energy that help shape the circumstances of your life from health to the kind of friends and opportunities you attract into your world. It’s interesting to hear Dr. Oschman talk about the fact that it is vibrations of energy that allow us to hear, smell and even move our bodies around.

“For silly reasons, we’ve left energetics out of our medicine. When we ignore energy, we miss 99% of reality. In fact, what can you comprehend about anything without energetics? When we leave energy out of our biomedicine, we miss a vast amount of our healing potential. We’ve been wearing blinders. We’ve been using tunnel vision for 100 years.”
Energy healing is what gave me my life back after years of traveling around the country, going to doctors and clinics in the hope of discovering why I never had energy or felt good. When I started using energy work, which comes in many modalities, my stress lowered, my immune system strengthened and I healed things that medical doctors had told me I’d have to live with.
That is why I am so passionate about energy healing and why I was willing to train in so many techniques that can help others going through what I did years ago. I was full of despair and feelings of hopelessness until I started using techniques that healed the underlying cause of the stress. Then I started seeing miraculous results where my symptoms disappeared and that allowed me to feel better about everything.
Any technique you use that puts your body in a state of coherence rather than the stress response you probably live with so much of your day, is allowing your immune system to do the job it was designed to do.
Energy work, or energy medicine, is simple and easy to do once you understand how to do it. The process would be identifying something you want to heal, creating an intention that lets your body and the Quantum Field know what you are working towards as an end result, giving a number between 0-10 to the symptoms you experience so you can monitor the changes, and then doing some form of energy healing that shifts your vibration. That can be pointing the energy from your hands towards certain areas around your head as with The Healing Codes, or tapping on acupressure point as with EFT, or sitting in various positions that shift your energy as shown in some of Donna Eden’s work, doing certain movements with your eyes as in EMDR, or you can even use your breathing as in the breathing technique Dr Andrew Weil demonstrates that he says can cause a shift in your energy that leads to internal changes that can show up as improved health too.

Here’s The Problem And Solution
Gregg Braden is a brilliant scientist and he tells it like it is. In this video, he nails the real problem. Knowing the problem makes the solution pretty cut and dried. We have to wake up and accept that there are false assumptions that have thrown us off track. We have to start incorporating some of what has been learned while we still have a chance.
As Gregg states, there has never been another time in history where civilization faced the amount of threats that we face today. I’ve been hearing that for quite a few years now and it won’t change until we change how we relate. We must realize the power we’ve been given as co-creators, and change the course of things. But we have to use the gifts we’ve been given. We must become conscious, present, aware and start creating in a new way.
Gregg says, “The false assumptions of science have led us to believe we are separate from ourselves, powerless over our bodies, we’re separate from one another, we’re separate from the world around us, that civilization is linear, it’s happened one time and we’re the pinnacle and most sophisticated civilization that’s ever been here, and that violent competition is the way to solve our problems.”
“Those are the old ideas, the false assumptions. Our own science is now telling us everyone of those is incorrect. The new science is showing us that we are deeply connected to our own bodies, that we’re deeply connected to one another, we’re deeply connected with the earth, that civilization is cyclic. And if we have the wisdom to recognize the cycles from the past, we can learn from that and apply what our ancestors learned to our world today.”

A very interesting Harvard study showed that a child’s perception of being loved by their parents had an impact on their health later in life. Note that it wasn’t the actual facts about how the parents really felt but the child’s perception that mattered.
That is why it is so important to find and dissipate energies that are subconsciously affecting you in ways you probably couldn’t even imagine!
In the video below, I’m using a real life example of my own to illustrate my point. It was a life changing moment when I uncovered a long-standing painful memory. Many times we’re too close to things to see the cause of our own unwanted feelings and behavior. This particular incident and memory had affected almost my entire life. But I got suspicious when I saw things weren’t moving and the work I did allowed me to clear it.

The good news is that you can find and clear them easily enough. My life is full of examples of healing and manifesting desired changes because I use the latest discoveries. And I teach my clients how to do the same thing!
This is my example but please think about your own life and a time you felt the same way I felt in my example. Subconscious programming is powerful but very “changeable” when you decide to do something about it.

You don’t really need to understand what is happening in your brain as long as you put things into practice that I talk about on my free webinar that’s about manifesting health and happiness.
Most people don’t understand how important emotions are and that you need to be in control of them but that was what I was shown in my car wreck experience, my NDE. I was shown the power of emotions and made to understand that you must get your emotions under you conscious control. They impact the quantum field and activate whatever it is that you observe about your life. Dr. Joe has an amazing ability to put into words what I was shown.

I love synchronicity and that I ran across this information in the video below right after talking about this very thing with someone earlier today. If nothing else, listen to what he has to say at about 3:40 minutes in, BUT… I highly recommend watching and thinking about everything he has to say from the beginning.
He says that the research of Nobel Prize winner Eric Kandel shows that in one hour of sending signals through a neural pathway, you can double the synaptic connections in that pathway.
And that’s worth noting because the strongest, biggest connections will fire faster and easier than the ones that are smaller and not used so much. That means your thoughts will go down that path more often. And you may have noticed that what you think about and dwell on becomes more prominent in your life.
So think about it a minute. What kind of signals were you running through the wiring of your brain today? How about yesterday and the day before that? Was it what you do want your life to look like or what you don’t want your life to look like?
If you don’t like your life, then you have to stop reinforcing the areas of your brain that fire because you’re thinking about what you don’t like about life.
Change your thoughts, change your mind, change your life. The idea is really really that simple.
Law Of Attraction Tips and Misconceptions
My Law Of Attraction tips are about misconceptions. They only matter if things aren’t working for you. If you are able to work with your intentions and positive thoughts and things that are important to you show up in your life, then what you call the process you use is irrelevant. It’s working.
But new science shows that you really aren’t “attracting” things and with discoveries about the brain, we see thinking positive isn’t all it’s cracked up to be in the LOA process. That’s because more often then not, technology shows that positive thoughts activate stress because of subconscious fears. So many times, positive thinking, when using it to manifest something you don’t have, really works against you if you don’t pay attention to how your thoughts are making your body feel.
It’s great if you are using positive thinking as part of the equation and paying attention to things, but it doesn’t do much as a standalone. Thoughts are just one side of the triangle.
I love Gregg Braden’s explanation of the science behind what many people think of as the Law Of Attraction. I use that term as a figure of speech but I haven’t really thought of it as that for quite some time because of the reason that Gregg describes. Continued below video…
When you understand what has been discovered, you realize that there is no distance between things. So there isn’t anyplace to attract something to. We simply have to become the feeling that would be there as a result of the vision or intention becoming reality. And things can instantaneously manifest when you get things right with your internal technology-your heart and brain that sends signals to the energy that becomes physical matter.
Lack of clarity is really the only thing that stands in between what we see now and what we desire. When your thoughts are all mixed up, with many of them being about what you don’t like, the message is not clear or else it is the wrong one. Once you have clarity, to the point that you become one with it in mind and heart, it seems to activate that condition. At least that has been my experience.
The big key that most people completely ignore is that you are aware of a tiny amount of the huge volume of information that is triggering your responses to life. You have loops of information swirling around subconsciously all the time as you go through life on auto-pilot. Unless you are taking the time and putting in effort to think thoughts and feel things on purpose that match where you want to be, you simply continue activating more things that keep you where you don’t want to be.
What you say in your head is only a very small part of things and you rarely hear about that when people give out law of attraction tips.
Heart Intelligence – An Amazing Discovery
This is an excellent description to help you understand the power of your heart. You have an inner GPS system that speaks to you and attempts to guide you. All you really have to do is get in the habit of tuning in to it. And all you have to do to develop that ability is to practice calming your brain waves down and allowing your body to reach a state of coherence. And all you have to do to help with that is to practice slowing down your breathing. And that’s not a difficult thing to do. It really can be simple to start moving in the direction where you can hear your inner voice and guidance.
