For those times when you don’t have any energy, Donna Eden, legendary healer and expert on energy healing, shows you a quick little pick me upper. I’ve been trying to get a lot of writing done and I don’t just sit well for long periods. I’ve been taking short little breaks to do energy techniques like this and they really work. Go back to work more focused and energized. Or…have more energy for play. Try it!
The thing I like about having challenges is using them as examples so they can help you or others who might need reminders. It’s an opportunity to show you how I manifest solutions when I have those “learning experiences.”
The coolest little things end up happening when I do the simple things I talk about all the time.
When too much is going on at times, it’s easy to get feeling a little overwhelmed. Life kept happening and to top it off, I moved some documents on my computer. It was one of those things I do at times to supposedly make things easier and then wonder what I was thinking later. When I was ready for them, no amount of searching could find them. So by the time I went to bed, I was really feeling down.
This is where I walk the talk because I never stay there for very long. That’s why I think these simple techniques are so empowering!
So I noticed the feeling, acknowledged it rather than denying what I was really feeling, identified possible sources to the best of my ability, dissipated it with visualization and intention in this case, and replaced the old scene of frustration with a feeling of gratitude for the information I needed as I imagined it popping into my mind.
This morning when I woke up, I set my intention for the day and asked what I needed to do to feel more productive at the end of it.
I used my breath to help me stay relaxed and feeling internal peace. Then I create the scenes and self-talk that would help me manifest the things I am working on. (That’s my TFS Formula)
I did a few minutes of mindfulness meditation, staying focused on my breathing. I began to feel really in tune and connected with the Quantum Field where I know all infinite possibilities exist. Then created my intention, some internal conversations about it, visualized the end results I’m after and attached a feeling to it.
When finished, I headed to the kitchen to make breakfast. I did some brain training as I was cooking since my body could handle my breakfast routine on auto-pilot. I visualized an image that was like the parting of the sea. I saw the information I needed making its way to me and I felt excited about it.
A little while later, I noticed a feeling in my head. It seemed like a clearing sensation. And then in popped the thought of a folder on my computer. I went to it and there were the documents I’d been looking for!
I get as excited over these little things as I do with the big ones because it means the same thing. I am communicating my intentions effectively and becoming aware of the solutions that are returned to me.
After these wonderful little things happen, I take a moment to sit in silence while I experience a feeling of gratitude in my Heart.
It becomes a way of life to “TFS” the things you’d like to change. The resonance created by your heart and mind becomes the information wave you resonate into the Field. Thinking, Feeling and Seeing things in a new and different way is what changes them.

This is an amazing example of the magic that can happen when you change your perception of things. It’s heart-breaking to see the damage done by those who pick on others. The saddest part is knowing they are doing it out of their own internal pain and their need to feel better about themselves-ALWAYS!
But this young man decided to do something he thought could help others rather than trying to fade into the scenery and go unnoticed. I found this to be very inspirational!
There is a glaring message in this video showing that you must change your mental programs. You’ve probably heard that many lottery winners end up in worse shape after they win the lottery than before. That’s because they don’t change the mental programs that created the life they were living when they won. They still resonate the same energy and your resonance is what brings like frequencies into your life.
If you want things out there to be different, it starts inside of you. This video makes that pretty clear to see. It’s mind-boggling!
In my experience as a coach, I often see something that is crippling to people. It is the belief that failure is a bad thing and that you must never admit that you are experiencing negative feelings.
There is a big difference between acknowledging what you’re feeling so you can change it and dwelling on it beyond a reasonable time.
I LOVE this video and this line that’s in it. “One thing you’ve got to understand my friend is that you’re supposed to fail. You’re supposed to (*#!%@*# ) fail because failure is the steppingstone to success. It’s not just cliché.”
When I first learned that Jim Carrey believes as I do, I was in shock. You never really know what is going on in the mind of another. He is not the characters he plays, that’s for sure.
This video is full of gems and I love the words he speaks about the way life works. The only thing I would like to say is that when things aren’t happening, look inside. See what you are really resonating because of subconscious programming and inherited beliefs.
But if that’s not an issue, it’s really pretty simple. Jim Carrey says, “As far as I can tell , it’s just about letting the universe know what you want while working toward it while letting go of how it comes to pass.”
My near death experience and the White Light I saw are still a part of my thoughts to this day. I have seen incredible, physical results that come from imagining the White Light surrounding situations. I have also heard of them from others.
I hope you never need this but it is really good advice so I suggest you keep a copy handy. It’s from an email that’s been going around online for several years. Each time I see it, I appreciate it so I wanted to share it here. There is no source to give credit to.

Not A Joke! Even If you dislike attorneys… You’ll love these tips.
Read this and make a copy for your files in case you need to refer to it someday. Maybe we should all take some of his advice! A corporate attorney sent the following out to the employees in his company:
1. Do not sign the back of your credit cards. Instead, put ‘PHOTO ID REQUIRED.’
2. When you are writing checks to pay on your credit card accounts, DO NOT put the complete account number on the ‘For’ line. Instead, just put the last four numbers. The credit card company knows the rest of the number, and anyone who might be handling your check as it passes through all the check processing channels won’t have access to it.
3. Put your work phone # on your checks instead of your home phone. If you have a PO Box use that instead of your home address. If you don’t have a PO Box, use your work address. Never have your SS# printed on your checks. (DUH!) You can add it if it is necessary. But, if you have It printed, anyone can get it.
4. Place the contents of your wallet on a photocopy machine. Do both sides of each license, credit card, etc. You will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel. Keep the photocopy in a safe place.
I also carry a photocopy of my passport when I travel either here or abroad. We’ve all heard horror stories about fraud that’s committed on us in stealing a Name, address, Social Security number, credit cards. In case your luggage is lost, take another list in your carry on bag, especially if you are abroad and need immediate access to those numbers.
Unfortunately, I, an attorney, have first hand knowledge because my wallet was stolen last month. Within a week, the thieves ordered an expensive monthly cell phone package, applied for a VISA credit card, had a credit line approved to buy a Gateway computer, received a PIN number from DMV to change my driving record information online, and more.
But here’s some critical information to limit the damage in case this happens
to you or someone you know:
5. We have been told we should cancel our credit cards immediately. But the key is having the toll free numbers and your card numbers handy so you know whom to call. Keep those where you can find them.
6. File a police report immediately in the jurisdiction where your credit cards, etc. were stolen. This proves to credit providers you were diligent, and this is a first step toward an investigation (if there ever is one).
But here’s what is perhaps most important of all: (I never even thought to do this)
7. Call the 3 national credit reporting organizations immediately to place a fraud alert on your name and also call the Social Security fraud line number. I had never heard of doing that until advised by a bank that called to tell me an application for credit was made over the Internet in my name.
The alert means any company that checks your credit knows your information was stolen, and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit.
By the time I was advised to do this, almost two weeks after the theft, all the damage had been done. There are records of all the credit checks initiated by the thieves’ purchases, none of which I knew about before placing the alert. Since then, no additional damage has been done, and the thieves threw my wallet away this weekend (someone turned it in). It seems to have stopped them dead in their tracks..
Now, here are the numbers you always need to contact about your wallet, if it has been stolen:

A very interesting Harvard study showed that a child’s perception of being loved by their parents had an impact on their health later in life. Note that it wasn’t the actual facts about how the parents really felt but the child’s perception that mattered.
That is why it is so important to find and dissipate energies that are subconsciously affecting you in ways you probably couldn’t even imagine!
In the video below, I’m using a real life example of my own to illustrate my point. It was a life changing moment when I uncovered a long-standing painful memory. Many times we’re too close to things to see the cause of our own unwanted feelings and behavior. This particular incident and memory had affected almost my entire life. But I got suspicious when I saw things weren’t moving and the work I did allowed me to clear it.
Do you have some of those memories from painful experiences?
The good news is that you can find and clear them easily enough. My life is full of examples of healing and manifesting desired changes because I use the latest discoveries. And I teach my clients how to do the same thing!
This is my example but please think about your own life and a time you felt the same way I felt in my example. Subconscious programming is powerful but very “changeable” when you decide to do something about it.

Do you ever notice how someone’s perception of the same event has a different slant than someone else’s description about what happened ?
A few years ago I heard a discussion about the fact that eye witness accounts aren’t really accurate. They were validating that point by showing studies that compared results from 2 different groups seeing the same exact thing but giving completely different answers about the experience. When people in group A saw one type of object right before the incident they were describing, they saw a completely different thing about the incident than test group B.

So why not spend more time feeding information to your brain about the way you’d like things to be rather than on what you don’t like about life? What you think and believe has a way of becoming reality to you. Perception truly is reality.
