Today’s success coaching topic is all about self esteem. A friend told me about a video that has had a powerful impact on lots of people.
People had to describe themselves to a sketch artist and also someone else had to describe the person to the sketch artist. It is interesting to see the reaction they had as they all realized that others saw them much differently then they saw themselves, much better than they saw themselves.
Most people are so focused on what is wrong and they totally miss what is good and right about themselves.
