Your thoughts create energy so it is so important to shift your negative energy to a positive vibration as quickly as possible once you recognize and acknowledge what you are feeling. Nothing does that quicker than finding something to be grateful about. It’s a simple little thing you can do that makes it easy to change what you are feeling. When you see someone much worse off than you, it’s easier to appreciate the view you have from your world.
