You have to give a realistic assessment of where you are right at that given time and then consider the best next step you need to take in order to move in the direction of the desired change.
It becomes a matter of deciding if you want to work in both worlds that you are a part of. Obviously, we live in a physical world but we also know through science that we are always interacting in an energetic sense also. You can take your energy and its impact on what becomes physical into account or you can ignore that aspect and deal only with what can be physically seen. (But working with your energy is powerful and I have had my eyes opened to the world of energy work.)
Then you choose a next step, either because it seems apparent for your highest good or because you just decide on what action you want to take next. But that can only happen after you give a realistic look at a few things and make a decision.
Science confirms that we definitely deal in a physical world but it also confirms that we also are part of an energetic or spiritual or thought world. So whether or not you are consciously taking charge of your energy and how it is impacting your life, you are still interacting with a physical AND mental/spiritual/energetic way.
Because of what I experienced in my NDE, I don’t believe that there is a Supreme Being that is waiting for the chance to punish you for the choices you make. But that doesn’t mean that you don’t have to deal with the consequences of your choices. I was clearly shown that as I watched a review of my life after dying in a car wreck years ago.
So most of the time, I give things some extra thought and look at the bigger picture rather than how things appear on the surface. I believe that many things happen because deep down, we are all trying to reach a place of true peace and happiness. Our heart knows the shortest path if we want to tune into it. It is always giving us opportunities to grow out of the stage where we only seem to be capable of getting the message through hard knocks.
Once we get it and change the energy we are contributing to the world, such as more anger, then we no longer need actors to come onto our stage to do things that cause that anger. At least that’s the way I see it.
