Your Negative Feelings Are Your Best Friends
When working with clients, I do my best to convey this idea that negative feelings aren’t the enemy. They are really our friends because they have a message to give us. If you get that message, you can truly heal and move forward feeling happy and excited. Those are the vibrations that move you closer to your goals and/or the consistent health and happiness you want for your life.
Only when your feelings are ignored or stuffed down inside do they become a problem. New discoveries show that the problem can easily become health problems as a result of stress.
I believe my history of self-healing stems from the fact that I am constantly identifying the uncomfortable feelings I experience and doing what it takes to shift them to energy that resonates in alignment with how I want my life to heal.
My results continue to fascinate me because once you understand it, self-healing is really so simple if you do it at the first sign of a symptom. I have practiced the method I teach long enough to have developed some advanced skills, just like anyone can. So I can literally watch a cold, flu or injury disappear before my very eyes in a very short period of time.
